Statues have been placed around the city by Focus Ireland
as part of their 25th anniversary (a charity that helps homeless people) to highlight the issue and to help raise money. This one was just beside city hall and had unfortunately lost one of it's hands!

Piece of Quiet!

 
When my little sister (who just turned 21) was younger she had a few phrases that were genius. One of them was "Piece of quiet" instead of Peace and Quiet!! Which if you think about it still works very well. So this man was doing just that on a bench by the prom in Bray.
