Let's party like it's 1980!
Some pacman street art on McBride st, I think this was part of a community project. There are bottles, guns, syringes and knives along the Pacman course. Tonight me and my friends are heading to a fancy dress and are dressing up as characters from pacman. I will be the cherry!

Full moon, half moon... (26Oct10)
On the road to Galway from Dublin, took a shot of my favourite sculpture along the way. I unfortunately don't know the Artist or the pieces title. Sorry.
Paddy likes a party. (25Oct10)

Orangutanged! (24Oct10)
"You're asking my what I am....I'm Tan" - so said Snooki from the Jersey Shore. Our obsession with fake-tan and sunbeds is seriously unhealthy. Took this photo of the window of a pharmacy in DunLaoighre shopping centre.
If one does not know to which port one is sailing, no wind is favorable. (20Oct10)
Some tiled detail at the entrance to Hilfiger Denim on Trinity street.

What treasures will we find today...
Whole smoked mackerel in Lidl, then there was a suit for €20!! And my favourite, Cretan Honey!! Now I know it means from Crete in this instance, but I am easily amused and am reading it for it's other reason!

“Politics is the entertainment branch of industry.”
Two very cool chairs in River Island on Grafton street, they remind me of branches of a tree. (The quote is by Frank Zappa)

Boiler-Room
The back door of a factory in the block behind our house, I think it is used as an artists studio nowadays though.

Where's MY coffee!?? (08Oct10)
A mural on the side wall of Credo on Montague street. They specialize in Gluten free yummy pizzas. (Camera - Diana+) The mural uses an image of two cherubs that is very well known, a detail from Sistine Madonna by Raphael. "These cherubs have inspired legends of their own. According to a 1912 article in Fra Magazine, when Raphael was painting the Madonna the children of his model would come in to watch. Struck by their posture as they did, the story goes, he added them to the painting exactly as he saw them.[28] Another story, recounted in 1912's St. Nicholas Magazine, says that Raphael rather was inspired by two children he encountered on the street when he saw them "looking wistfully into the window of a baker's shop."
Green sleeves (07Oct10)
The pond in Stephen's Green, taken with my Diana+ Camera. This camera gives a nice dreamy wash to the image.
